It has been an extremely busy start to the year at Innovation Software but we are very happy to announce that we have some exciting new products to share with you.

I5G Business Intelligence—

The next generation reporting tool

Our brand new I5G Business Intelligence module will be available next month and is truly the next generation reporting tool. We have completely renovated the user interface with an innovative design that not only looks slick, but functions intuitively and easily too. It comes with a stack of new reports as standard, each with a fresh new look and feel, to clearly focus in on the data that is most important to you and your business.

The I5G Business Intelligence module can use the latest version of SAP Crystal Reports or the new, and we think far superior, Stimulsoft, offering beautiful-looking reports and the flexibility to do a lot more with them. If you choose to take Stimulsoft we also offer a Designer License, where we will train you in the design and build of your own reports—giving you total control.

The module has all the same options you are familiar with, but the handling of criteria has become simpler and easier. It includes intuitive searching and selection functionality and you can create multiple reports at the same time and toggle between them. You may preview reports before sending, save templates for future use and set up batches to be scheduled for regular despatch to whomever you wish to send to.

CreditForce v.Next—

The most powerful version yet

Coming up quickly behind the I5G Business Intelligence module will be CreditForce v.Next—the best and most powerful version of our desktop application to date. With a whole new suite of icons it is even easier to navigate your way around the system and identify the key features and functionality that work for you. The next version of CreditForce comes complete with dashboards that can be customised to suit your business needs. We have made improvements to functionality including our email tracking service, our provisioning tool and a great many other updates have been made to the user interface. We cannot wait to share it with you.

For iManage 10

The iManage Universal Interface supports the uploading and downloading of files to iManage 10 and above, and is far more consistent at moving your files in and out of iManage; at bulk, on a schedule and from multiple sources. When sending automated reminder letters, statements or emails through CreditForce, the iManage Universal Interface will automatically file the documents into the appropriate client / matter folder. The storing and retrieving of files has never been simpler.

New Interface— For BillBlast

We have introduced a new interface for Aderant’s eBilling service—BillBlast. Bring your eBilling updates into the Invoice view within CreditForce to stay informed on your invoice’s eBilling status. The BillBlast Interface for CreditForce will display the statuses directly from Aderant, together with the last note available. Never miss a trick with the CreditForce BiillBlast Interface.

Forget about copy-paste with The GLUEON Transporter

We were talking with a Revenue Manager about how much time their collections team waste copying and pasting notes from a spreadsheet back into CreditForce. Each time they held a partner meeting, to receive an update on the aged debt they were managing, they would navigate to the invoice view in CreditForce, filter by partner and export to Excel. They would then take their spreadsheet to the meeting and type in their notes. Once the meeting had finished, they would review the spreadsheet and copy / paste the notes back into CreditForce—how absolutely time-exhausting!So we developed the GLUEON Transporter, a nifty time-saving application designed to enable the content of the collector's spreadsheet to be loaded automatically into CreditForce.
